Subject: 10:30 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING -(Sitting concurrently as Clearlake Keys CSA#1, #2, #6, #13, #20, #21-Board of Supervisors, Kelseyville County Waterworks District #3 and Lake County Sanitation District - Board of Directors) - Consideration of (a) Resolution Confirming Collections of Annual Lighting Fees; (b) Resolution Confirming Collections of Delinquent Water Fees; (c) Resolution confirming Collections of Delinquent Water and Sewer Fees; (d) Resolution of Delinquent Sewer Fees for Lake County Sanitation District.
Executive Summary:
On July 12, 2022 at 10:30 A.M. a Public Hearing will be held to hear protests regarding the placement of Lighting Fees and Delinquent Water and Sewer Fees on the 2022-2023 Tax Rolls for collection.
Resolutions, once approved by your Board, authorize this action in accordance with Section 55501 of the Water Code, and Sections 25215.4 and25215.5 of the Government Code. The required Resolutions are attached.
The authorization by your Board for placement of the Delinquent Sewer Fees is accomplished by motion of one of the Board members, in accordance with Section 25214.4 of the Government Code.
