EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Animal Care & Control currently has two contracts for veterinary services. One with Dr. Richard Bachman and one with Dr. Debra Sally. Both are limited to no more than 14 hours per week and $25k per year. We would like to alter these contracts by changing the annual cap to $50k. This will allow us to continue these services through the 18/19 fiscal year.
