Subject: Consideration of Contract Amendment for Avero Advisors, to continue the ERP/HCM system implementation
Executive Summary:
This contract amendment between Lake County and Avero Advisors is to continue the implementation work for the ERP and HCM that began. The first contract amount covered phases 1 and 2. This not-to-exceed amount will cover the remainder of the contract term (Phase 3),and includes countywide training on the new ERP and HCM functions.

Recommended Action: Approve Contract Amendment for Avero Advisors adding an additional $441,620 to the original contract amount of $159,711, to continue the ERP/HCM system implementation and authorize the Chair to sign.
