Subject: Consideration of Approval of Amendment No.1 to the Agreement Between County of Lake and Redwood Community Services, Inc. Phoenix House Crisis Residential Treatment Facility for Fiscal Year 2025-26.

Executive Summary: The County entered into an agreement with Redwood Community Services, Inc. on July 1, 2025, to operate the Phoenix House Crisis Residential Treatment Facility. Service demand has exceeded initial projections, requiring an increase in contract funding. Amendment No. 1 raises the contract maximum by $350,000, for a new total of $375,000, ensuring uninterrupted access to short-term stabilization and crisis residential services for Lake County residents. All other terms and conditions, including scope of services and fiscal provisions, remain unchanged.
