Subject: Adopt Resolution Amending Resolution 2020-134 Establishing Position Allocations for Fiscal Year 2020-21 through 2022-23, Budget Unit No.4011, Public Health

Executive Summary: The County of Lake Department of Health Services, Public Health Division was recently awarded funding from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for COIVD-19 crisis response. This award will be distributed over fiscal years 20/21-22//23 totaling $1,854,803.

A portion of this funding has been awarded to increase Lake County's Covid Crisis Response team. The attached Resolution requests an addition of the following allocations to Budget Unit 4011:

* (1) Health Programs Support Coordinator
* (1) Staff Services Analyst I/II
* (1) Health Programs Support Specialist
* (1) Nurse Various - which includes several licensing levels of nursing

These additional allocations will allow Health Services to hire the additional staff needed for COVID- 19 Crisis Response through fiscal years 20/21-22/23.
