Subject: Adopt the revised Governing Body Resolution for Agreement No. BSCC 1527-25 by and between the Board of State and Community Corrections and the County of Lake.
Executive Summary: On September 8th, 2025, the Lake County Sheriff’s office applied for the Edward Bryne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program through the Board of State Community Corrections. Lake County is eligible for up to $52,326.00 in funding disbursed from October 1st, 2025 through September 30th, 2026.
On November 4, 2025, Your Board approved the acceptance of this grant from the BSCC. On February 19, 2026, the BSCC requested a change in the Governing Body Resolution. The revised Governing Body Resolution is attached for your approval.
