Subject: Consideration of Cannabis Ordinance Task Force Appointment

Executive Summary: The Cannabis Ordinance Task Force (COTF), established on July 12, 2022, is currently a seven-member advisory committee. The task force includes representation in the following categories: Cannabis Industry, Tribal, Farm Bureau, Lake County Cannabis Alliance, Agricultural Commissioner, and residents from North and South Lake County.

The Board directed Staff to advertise for applications for alternate seats for each membership category on January 14, 2025. There are current vacancies in the primary South Lake County Resident, and all Alternate positions, except for Cannabis Industry. The current roster is attached.

The following applications have been received:
Margaux Kambara (Lakeport) - North County Resident - Alternate
Jan Coppinger (Kelseyville) - South County Resident
Jesse Cude (Lower Lake) - South County Resident
Chris Jennings (Clearlake) - South County Resident
