Subject: Approve Amendment #1 to the Agreement Between the County of Lake Health Services Department and Sheila McCarthy Occupational Therapist to increase total hours not to exceed 564 hours annually with maximum compensation of $58,204.80 and Authorize Board Chair to sign

Executive Summary:

The Health Services Public Health Division has an existing Agreement in place with Sheila McCarthy, Occupational Therapist, to provide services for California Children's Services (CCS) and Medical Therapy Program (MTP) through fiscal year 2023-2024.

The attached Addendum requests that the total hours allowed be increased to 564 hours (47 hours a month) to more accurately reflect the total clinic hours and telehealth visits required for program needs. It also increases the maximum compensation to offset these additional hours for a maximum compensation amount of $58,204.80.
