SUBJECT:                     Discussion and Consideration of a Draft Urgency Ordinance Allowing Temporary and Limited Registration of Certain Commercial Adult Use Cultivation Under Specified Conditions During a Moratorium Period.

Pursuant to your Board’s direction to me, please see attached the above-described ordinance draft. As you will see, there remain terms and conditions for your Board to consider and add to this draft. Further, your Board is free to make any other modifications to this draft which you deem appropriate.

 

This is an urgency ordinance which may be approved by your Board in open session at your meeting of December 19, 2017. A four/fifths vote is required for passage.
