Project Overview:
The applicant 1833 DS, LLC / Peter Simon proposes an amendment to two existing approved cannabis cultivation projects (UP 20-11 and UP 22-31) to combine the uses and expand operations across multiple parcels totaling approximately 602.48 acres in the Kelseyville/Cobb Mountain Area.
The project would expand existing commercial cannabis cultivation from 20 acres to 30.11 acres of outdoor canopy and introduce an additional processing facility, Nursery facility, and infrastructure improvements. The site has historically supported agricultural uses, including vineyards and orchard operations.
