In April of 2026, the MCP requested a cooperative agreement at direction of the state to outline partnership responsibilities between these agencies.
This Cooperative Agreement between Lake County Health Services and Partnership HealthPlan of California formalizes our relationship and responsibilities in preparation and response to declared and undeclared emergencies.
