Subject: Approve the Plans and Specifications for the Hill Road Correctional Facility Phase II Roof Project, Bid No. 20-17, and authorize the Public Services Director / Assistant Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids
Executive Summary:
The plans and specifications for the Hill Road Correctional Facility Phase II Roof Project are complete.
The estimate of probable construction costs is approximately $650,000. Sufficient funding for the project is included in the FY 19-20 Capital Projects Budget Unit 1778.
The plans and specifications are available at the Public Services office for Board of Supervisors' review.

FISCAL IMPACT (Narrative): $2 million was included in the FY 19-20 budget for both the jail phase 2 roof and the courthouse roof. Once contract costs for both projects are determined the excess funds can then be reallocated.
