Executive Summary:

Lake County Behavioral Health Services, as the Mental Health Plan administrator, must develop a plan for programming and expenditures for the Mental Health Services Act. LCBHS has contracted with Resource Development Associates for several years with good results. This work is extremely niche and requires a deep understanding of the MHSA and the CPP process. LCBHS conducted a Request for Qualifications process to ensure this contractor remains in good standing for continued provision of these services. This RFQ process involves reviewing their standing as an organization from a compliance and fiscal perspective. The funding for this services comes exclusively from MHSA.
