Executive Summary:
The ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance Program provides up to $350,000 in homebuyer assistance to individuals and families that were living (as renters or homeowners) in high or very high fire severity zones of Lake County during the wildfires of 2018. GSA as Program Manager will present information about the program, eligibility requirements, and features to help low to moderate income households establish long-term homeownership outside high fire zone areas.
