Subject: Approve Grant Deed and Exhibit "A" attached hereto for APN 003-046-77 (Lake County Jail) and Authorize the Chair to Sign and the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to Record with the County Recorder's Office

Executive Summary:
On December 3, 2024, the Lake County Board of Supervisor provided direction to staff to prepare for issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds to fund improvements to the former National Guard Armory Facility (located in North Lakeport) and further public capital improvements to be completed in the next three years. In connection to those efforts, the contracted Title Company asked that a Grant Deed be prepared, clarifying the boundaries of AP 003-046-77 (the Lake County Jail parcel), for utilization as collateral.

While this task fulfills prior Board Direction, execution of this document requires the signature of the Board Chair.

Staff recommends your Board Approve the Grant Deed, and Authorize the Chair to sign.
