Subject: Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Special Districts Administrator to Sign the Notice of Completion for Work Performed under the Agreement dated August 12, 2021, for the Construction of the Adobe Creek Bridge Temporary Water Main By-Pass Project.
Executive Summary:
On August 12, 2021, the Board approved an Agreement with Epidendio Construction Inc. for the construction of the Adobe Creek Bridge Temporary Water Main By-Pass Project.
The project work under this agreement was satisfactorily completed on September 13, 2021 and staff is requesting that the Board adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the Special Districts Administrator to sign the Notice of Completion.
