Executive Summary

On January 9, 2024, your Board approved an agreement with Staten Solar Corporation for the design, installation, and commissioning of energy conservation facilities serving the courthouse campus. Specifically, the project adds carport solar panels at the main campus parking lot as well as six electric vehicle charging stations. The project is currently under construction and progressing satisfactorily, with an anticipated construction completion this May followed by startup, commissioning, performance testing, and training.

This proposed zero-cost amendment modifies the term of the agreement to December 31, 2025 and includes a project schedule. The original agreement indicated project completion on December 31, 2024.

Staff recommends approval of Amendment One.
