SUBJECT: Approve Engineering / Inspection Agreement for Alvin Olea as a condition of a Conditional Certificate of Compliance (CCC), Assessor's Parcel Nos. 004-065-17 & 004-66-12, for the County of Lake to provide engineering services for the review of plans, specifications and inspection of work; and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Pursuant to the County’s approval of a Conditional Certificate of Compliance for Dave Meyer, portion of Assessor’s Parcel Nos. 004-065-17 & 004-066-12, the Department of Public Works intends to provide engineering services for the review of plans and specifications and the inspection of work. The attached agreement will provide for payment by the Developer for all costs of services provided by the County.
The location of the subject project is: 635 Clover Drive, Upper Lake
Description of project is: Construction of frontage improvements along Clover Drive.
We hereby request the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair to sign the attached Inspection Agreement.
