Subject: Adopt Resolution Amending Resolution 2025-72 Establishing Salaries and Benefits for Management Employees for the period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2029

Executive Summary:
Staff submits for your Boards consideration amendments to the Management Resolution Establishing Salaries and Benefits for Management Employees for the period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2029.

The amendments are as follows:
1. Addition of Class A/B Differential
Employees who are required to possess a Class A/B driver's license due to the minimum requirements of the job description, shall receive a two and one-half percent (2.5%) of their base salary.

2. Correction to Leave Benefits
The vacation leave chart included a typographical error indicating that employees with 20 or more years of continuous service receive 6 weeks of annual vacation. The correct annual vacation for employees with 20 or more years of continuous service is 5 weeks.
