Executive Summary:

On December 2, 2025, your Board entered into a contract with Zara Construction Inc. for the Kelseyville Sidewalks Project on Konocti Rd in Kelseyville, CA.

Attached for the Board's consideration is Contract Change Order No. 3 (CCO 3) for the Kelseyville Sidewalks Project. CCO 3 addresses the balancing of all contract bid items to reflect actual in-place quantities. Funding for this project is through the Federal Highways Infrastructure Program using Congressional Directed Spending secured from Congressman Mike Thompson, as well as County SB1 funds. Sufficient appropriations are available to cover the additional construction costs associated with this change order.
