Subject: Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement Between County of Lake and Hilltop Recovery Services for Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services in the Amount of $561,703.77 for FY 2023-24 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.

Executive Summary:

Lake County Behavioral Health Services conducted a Request for Qualifications and Risk Assessment with Hilltop Recovery Services for the continued provision of Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services, specifically ASAM 3.1, 3.3, and 3.5 residential treatment services for non-perinatal and EPSDT beneficiaries. Hilltop Recovery Services is a valuable community partner providing critical services to the community and has demonstrated through the RFQ and Risk Assessment that they are in good standing for the continued provision of services.

An amendment is requested to cover costs for additional services that were provided.
