and Native American Mental Health Services dba North American Mental Health Services for Telepsychiatry Services in the amount of $1,295,636.80 for Fiscal Years 2022-2025 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.
Executive Summary:
An amendment is being requested to lower the contract maximum from the current amount of $3,875,879.76 to the new lower amount of $1,295,636.80. The new current amount reflects the remained of the new to finish the contract to term.
We are meeting our psychiatry locum tenens needs through another contracted provider.
