Subject: Approve Agreement Between County of Lake and Ford Street Project for ASAM Levels 3.1, 3.3, 3.5, 3.7 and Withdrawal Management Levels 1, 2, and 3.2 Services for Fiscal year 2024-25 in the Amount of $100,000.00 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.
Executive Summary:
Lake County Behavioral Health Services conducted a Request for Qualifications with this vendor, with whom we have contracted for several years to provide a variety of residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment services. Ford Street will provide residential withdrawal management services.
Lake County Behavioral Health Services is reimbursed a percentage of these services from Medi-Cal. The uncovered portion is paid for out of Substance Use Block Grant, realignment, and patient revenue funds.
