Executive Summary:

As you may recall, no interim director of Public Works was appointed for the period of September 15, 2026 through September 22, 2026. In light of this vacancy during this time period, five items were executed by the Chair of the Board of Supervisors and co-signed by the County Administrative Officer in accordance with the County’s Purchasing Ordinance and to avoid disruptions in Public Works operations.

With this item, your Board will ratify the approval and execution of contracts and purchase orders.
