Subject: Approve seventh amendment to the lease agreement between County of Lake and NL Family Trust/KLA Family Trust for the property located at 1216, 1222, and 1228 South Main Street in Lakeport, for $21,783.00 per fiscal year from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 and authorize the Chair to sign.
Executive Summary:
Social Services has leased the facility located at 1216, 1222 and 1228 South Main Street, Lakeport, California since July 1, 2013, using it as both a conference room space as well as a family center for our Child Welfare Services program. This Amendment extends the term of this lease for 1 year and includes a cost-of-living increase.
