Subject: (Sitting as the Lake County Sanitation District, Board of Directors) Approve budget transfer allocating money from Gorman Rupp 6" Pump to Eddy Pump Sewer Pond Dredge in object code 62.74.
Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):
Purchase of Gorman Rupp 6 Inch Pump came in under budget leaving sufficient funds for budget transfer. Eddy Pump Sewer Pond Dredge was purchased and paid for in the Fiscal Year 22/23 budget, however an additional invoice for shipping which was delayed until the equipment delivery and was not previously paid has been received from the vendor. The current Fiscal Year budget does not have an appropriation for this item. The budget transfer will allow for the final payment for the Eddy Pump Sewer Pond Dredge.
