Subject: a) Approve rescinding the June 25th, 2024 continuance for the public hearing on consideration of conduit financing for the Caritas Affordable Housing Project; and b) Approve continuing the public hearing on consideration of conduit financing for the Caritas Affordable Housing Project to July 9, 2024 at 11:30 A.M.
Executive Summary:
Your Board continued the TEFRA hearing that was originally scheduled for June 11, 2024, to a date and time certain of June 25, 2024 at 10:15A.M. On the afternoon of June 13, 2024, the Clerk of the Board was informed that the Board of Supervisors no longer had enough Supervisors to meet quorum for the regularly scheduled June 25, 2024, Board of Supervisors Meeting.
This item is to rescind the action taken on June 11, 2024, and continue the TEFRA hearing to a new date and time of July 9, 2024 at 11:30 A.M. A new notice for this date will be circulated in the local newspaper.
