Subject: Consideration of Amendment No. 1 between County of Lake and Ever Well Health Systems for Adult Residential Support Services and Specialty Mental Health Services in the amount of $125,000.00 for Fiscal Year 2023-24
Executive Summary:
Ever well provides residential care services, primarily to individuals on conservatorship with severe and significant mental health conditions. It is difficult to find placement for many of this individuals and Ever Well is one placement that continues to work well with our team and population to ensure the needs of our most vulnerable clients are met. To this end, we must increase this agreement by $50,000 to ensure continuity of client care.
