Subject: Waive the formal bidding requirement and authorize the IT Director to issue Purchase Order for renewal of Microsoft Apps for Enterprise and associated licenses to Dell Marketing L.P.
Executive Summary:
In fiscal year 2022-2023, the Information Technology Department purchased Microsoft 365 licensing for all employees. This is a subscription service that includes Microsoft products such as Microsoft Office and OneDrive. The subscription must be renewed annually in order to continue using the services. The Information Technology Department is requesting to renew the subscription in the amount of $127,409.64. This represents a renewal of an annual agreement and there is no increase in per-license cost this year.
