Subject: (a) Adopt Resolution of the County of Lake Authorizing the Execution of a First Amendment to Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement that Established the Lake County Public Financing Authority for the Purpose of Substituting Members; (b) Adopt Resolution Of the Lake County Sanitation District Authorizing the Execution of a First Amendment to Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement That Established the Lake County Public Financing Authority for the Purpose of Substituting Members; (c) Adopt Resolution of the Lake County Watershed Protection District Authorizing the Execution of a First Amendment to Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement That Established the Lake County Public Financing Authority for The Purpose of Substituting Members; and (d) Approval of First Amendment to the Lake County Public Financing Authority Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement
Executive Summary:
These resolutions and amendments have been drafted with the assistance of Bond Counsel. They were drafted to adjust membership in the Lake County Public Financing Authority in order to correspond with pending changes to the structure of the Lake County Sanitation District (LACOSAN). The Lake County Watershed Protection District will be added as a member of the Authority, and LACOSAN will be removed.
