Subject: Consideration of Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement Between County of Lake and Clover Valley Guest Home for Adult Residential Support Services and Specialty Mental Health Services for Fiscal Year 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 in the Amount of $650,000.

Executive Summary:

This second amendment to the agreement between the County of Lake and Clover Valley Guest Home increases the contract maximum by $100,000, raising the total compensation to $650,000, due to higher-than-expected service utilization. Only the compensation section is updated; all other terms remain unchanged.

There has been an average of 4-6 Lake County placed at Clover Valley from July 2022 to the present. Clover Valley is a 6-bed residential facility in Upper Lake, offering local placement that allows clients to remain close to their home community. A portion of the costs are billed by BH to the Public Guardian for conserved clients.
