Subject: Authorize the closure of the Special Districts Administration Office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday, May 17, 2024.
Executive Summary:
I respectfully request the Board’s approval to close the Special Districts Administration office to the public on Friday, May 17, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this closure the Department will be participating in a field trip related to the Department operations. The purpose is to familiarize office staff with the details and functions of our Department in relation to our geothermal partners.
