SUBJECT: Approval of Resolution Authorizing the Public Works Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for Mathews Road at Manning Creek Bridge Replacement Project; Bid No. 16-02
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: On June 28, 2016, the Board approved an Agreement with Granite Construction Company for Mathews Road at Manning Creek Bridge Replacement Project. The work under this Agreement was satisfactorily completed on January 13, 2017.
Staff has prepared a resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to sign the Notice of Completion.
Staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve Resolution Authorizing the Public Works Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for Mathews Road at Manning Creek Bridge Replacement Project, Bid No. 16-02, and authorize the Chairman to execute said Resolution.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve Resolution Authorizing the Public Works Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for Mathews Road at Manning Creek Bridge Replacement Project, Bid No. 16-02, and authorize the Chairman to execute said Resolution.
