SUBJECT: Approval of Resolution Authorizing the Public Works Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for Lake County Fire Damage Sign Replacement; Bid No. 15-16
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The contract for the construction of the subject project, as authorized under the agreement dated June 14, 2016, was satisfactorily completed on November 7, 2016.
The attached resolution authorizing the signature of the Public Works Director on the notice of completion has been prepared for your consideration.
It is recommended that the Board approve the resolution at their next regular meeting.
