SUBJECT: Resolution Setting Rate of Pay for Election Officers for the March 7, 2017 Lake County Fire Protection District Special Election pursuant to Section 12310 of the Elections Code
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The attached Resolution titled “Resolution Setting Rate of Pay for Election Officers for the March 7, 2017 Lake County Fire Protection District Special Election Pursuant To Section 12310 of the Elections Code” is being submitted for your Board’s approval. Although this item was not included in the Department’s 2016-2017 fiscal year budget, I reviewed the budget for the Mid-Year Review and I determined that there is money available for the Election Officer’s compensation.
