SUBJECT: (Continued from January 24, 2017) Consideration of Agreement between the County of Lake and The California State Franchise Tax Board for FY 2017-20; and authorize the Treasurer-Tax Collector to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This agenda item is continued from the January 24, 2017 meeting at which time the Board requested that staff bring the item back today with additional information.
The Treasurer-Tax Collector requests authorization to use court ordered debt collection services provided by the California Franchise Tax Board through January 31, 2020 in accordance with the attached Agreement number C1600117. Staff recommends approval of the agreement and authorization for the Treasurer-Tax Collector to sign.
