SUBJECT: Approve waiver of the 900-hour Extra Help limitation for Extra Help Victim Advocate, Karen Abrams
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Karen Abrams has been with the Victim Witness Division of the District Attorney’s Office since April 2016. She has provided Extra Help assistance in general duties as well as basic advocacy duties at the Victim Witness office. The office has been appreciative of this assistance, especially while the office has been under-staffed. We expect Mrs. Abrams to work no more than 1,175 hours during the fiscal year 2016-17.
