SUBJECT: Approve the First Amendment to Lease Agreement between Gary and Sheila Sada for Office Space in Lakeport, Extending the Term Through June 30, 2020 for An Annual Lease Rate of $83,632.46; and authorize the Chair to Sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Department of Social Services has leased office space at 926 South Forbes Street in Lakeport since 2002. This location houses our Child Welfare Services branch. This first amendment extends the term for an additional three years, terminating June 30, 2020.
