SUBJECT:                     Approve the First Amendment to Lease Agreement between Gary and Shelley Weiser for Office Space in Clearlake, Extending the Term through June 30, 2020 for an Annual Lease Rate of $12,925.44; and authorize the Chair to Sign.

 

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The Department of Social Services has leased office space at 4477 Moss Avenue, Unit C, in Clearlake since 2008. This location houses our Welfare Fraud Investigations operation under contract with Lake County Probation.  This first amendment extends the term for an additional three years, terminating June 30, 2020.
