SUBJECT: Presentation to the Lake County Board of Supervisors by
Partnership HealthPlan of California
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Both Liz Gibboney, CEO of Partnership HealthPlan and Dr. Marshall Kubota, Regional Medical Director will provide a brief overview of the structure and services provided by Partnership HealthPlan of California (PHC), a not-for-profit managed Medi-Cal Program operating in 14 northern California Counties.
The presentation will include information specific to Lake County such as total enrollment, provider network and mental health use rates. Partnership will also provide an update to the Board on joint community/PHC projects and future areas of opportunity and concerns.
