SUBJECT: Adopt Resolution Amending Resolution No. 2016-145 Establishing Position Allocations for Fiscal Year 2016-2017, Budget Unit No. 4011, Public Health
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Health Services Department, Public Health Division BU 4011 recently had a staff member retire who was in an Office Services Supervisor classification. Public Health would like to change this position to a Health Programs Support Specialist I/II classification.
This request will not only benefit the department and division, the current position only supervises one staff member. Changing this allocation will rectify that and will give the division the ability to use this position to support other programs if needed in the future.
