SUBJECT:                     Waive 900 Hour Limit for Certain Janitorial Positions Within the Department of Social Services.                     

 

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The Department of Social Services requests authorization to waive the 900 hour limit for the two Extra Help Janitors.  

 

David Hellman and Stephen Marler have been working for the Department since July 2016 providing janitorial work for eleven offices.  Their wages are paid out of Budget Unit 5011, Social Services Administration.  We have sufficient salary savings to cover this increase in cost.  Their hours will not exceed 999.
