SUBJECT:                     Waive the 900 Hour Limit for Certain Janitorial Positions Within the Department of Social Services

 

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:                     

The Department of Social Services requests authorization to waive the 900 hour limit for two extra help janitors.  

 

Dawn Ingalls and Alex Ramirez have been working for the Department of Social Services since August 2016.  They do janitorial work for our 11 buildings.  Their wages are paid out of Budget Unit 5011, Social Services Administration.  We have sufficient salary savings to cover this increase in cost.  Their hours will not exceed 999.
