SUBJECT: Approve the First Amendment to Lease Agreement Between Law Offices of Ewing and Associates for CWS Staff Parking, Extending the Term Through June 30, 2018 for an Annual Lease Rate of $3,600.00; and authorize the Chair to Sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Department of Social Services has leased the parking for our Child Welfare Services office in Lakeport since 2002. This first amendment extends the term for an additional year, terminating June 30, 2018.
