SUBJECT: Approve the Commercial Lease Agreement Between County of Lake and Penna Realty Property Management for Annual Rent of $83,355.00 Terminating on June 30, 2020; and authorize the Chair to Sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Since 2009, our department has leased office space from Penna Realty Property Management for our Adult Services Division at 16170 Main Street in Lower Lake. The new lease agreement is for three (3) years beginning July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2020. The monthly rate is $6946.25 for approximately 7134 square feet of space. This equates to $0.97 per square foot. This lease agreement includes the same language as the prior lease.
