SUBJECT:                     Consideration of Approval of Section 8 Administrative Plan Update from March 28, 2017

 

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

On February 3, 2017 the Resident Advisory Board (RAB) met to consider staff's recommended changes to the Section 8 Administration Plan. At the meeting, the RAB took action to recommend adoption of the changes and to request feedback from the general public.

 

On March 28, 2017, your Board held a Public Hearing on the Public Housing Authority Administrative Plan. Any comments made during the 45-day public comment period that preceded the hearing and during the hearing were considered and incorporated as necessary.

 

Section 8 Staff now recommend that your Board approve the Section 8 Administrative Plan update of March 28, 2017.
