SUBJECT: Approve the DEA contract for calendar year 2017 (Fiscal year 2017/18) in the amount of $150,000; and authorize the Sheriff to sign the Letter of Agreement and the Chair to sign the Workplace Certifications and Grant Assurances
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Sheriff’s office requests approval of the Drug Enforcement Administration Marijuana Eradication Agreement for calendar year 2017. This agreement is in the amount of $150,000. These funds will be allocated in the FY2017/18 Sheriff/Marijuana preliminary budget request for Budget Unit 2203.
