SUBJECT: Approve Agreement between the Lake County Sheriff's Department and U.S. Forest Service for FY 18/19 annual operating and financial plan, in the amount of $11,000 for Pillsbury Patrol, and authorize the Sheriff and the Chairman to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Sheriff’s Department requests approval of the attached agreement from the U.S. Forest Service for enforcement services on Forest Service lands.
Revenue for fiscal year 2017/18 in the amount of $11,000 for Pillsbury Patrol will be included in FY 2018/19 Sheriff/Coroner budget 2201.
There are four originals attached to this agreement and will require a total of eight signatures.
