SUBJECT: Adopt the Governing Body Resolution for the FY16 Homeland Security Grant Program for the purpose of obtaining federal financial assistance in the amount of $141,233.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: On September 27, 2016, Your Board approved the submission of the FY2016 State Homeland Security Grant Application in the amount of $141,233. The State Office of Emergency Services requires certification of the attached Governing Body Resolution for the Homeland Security Program in order to move forward with said grant application.
