SUBJECT: 9:30 A.M. HEARING - Appeal of the Decision to Deny an Application for the event “Lakeport Sprint Boat Grand Prix” in Lakeport, Ca. on June 2 - 4, 2017 (Clear Lake Motorsports Enterprises)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
At the request of Jack Long, President of Clear Lake Motorsports Enterprises, this hearing has been scheduled to appeal the decision by the Sheriff’s Department to deny an application for the event “Lakeport Sprint Boat Grand Prix”, to be held in the waters adjacent to Library Park in Lakeport, Ca. on June 2 - 4, 2017.
Attached is the letter requesting the appeal and the event plan for your Board’s consideration.
